~ All inquiries are subject to availability.
~ After the cookies leave our possession, we can no longer be responsible for them.
~ Cancellations and theme changes are up to our discretion. If we do accept a cancellation, 50% will be refunded. If we are able to accept a theme change, a 25% fee will be charged to the order.
~ All cookies will come individually heat sealed with a shelf life of two weeks.
~ Decorated Sugar Cookies SHOULD NOT be refrigerated (as condensation can damage the design). They SHOULD be kept out of direct sunlight and heat. Cookies can be left in a cool, dry area (think countertop) for up to two weeks or stored in the freezer for up to three months. (Sealed cookies should be put into an airtight container or freezer Ziploc for freezing. When ready to use, remove from freezer and let the cookies come to room temperature before opening the container or Ziploc for best results.)
~ In the event that we are able to take a last-minute Custom Order (less than 2 weeks -- 14 days -- out) a Rush Fee of 25% will be charged.
~ All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. This means we can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old prices - darn it).
~ Cookies can be shipped within the Continental U.S. We do our very best to package your cookies safely for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also - while we ship Priority, we are not responsible for delays. Refunds will not be offered for any late arrivals. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders should be placed with the Carrier.
~ Allergen warning: Products may be exposed to allergens. Our kitchen is not free of dairy, eggs, or nuts.
~ At times emails can become lost in spam or junk folders. If you are expecting a return email from us that you haven't received, please check your spam or junk folder and/or resend your email to [email protected] with a heads-up call to 941-404-5150 to confirm. We cannot be responsible for lost emails.
~ Say Cheese! We take photos, lots of photos! If you do not want your cookies spotlighted on social media, please let us know at the time you place your order (using the Contact Form or emailing [email protected]). Your secret is safe with us! ;-)
~ Each order is handmade with the utmost care using proven, taste-tested recipes. We all know that everyone's taste buds differ, especially with regard to gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. So, we cannot provide refunds for disliked cookies. If this should happen, though, we would really like to hear from you to see what we can do to keep you a happy customer!
